Sam Jaffe is a sculptor, painter, fiber, and installation artist currently living and working in Chicago, IL. Characterized by toxic color and overstuffed, mutated forms, her recent work explores labor, ornamentation, femininity, and the fallibility of the human body. Sam received her BFA from The Rhode Island School of Design in 2005 and her MFA from The School of The Art Institute of Chicago in 2009.
